This program is best viewed with any modern web browser such as Internet Explorer 6 and Mozilla Firefox 1.

When I print a recipe some of the content is cut off on the right-hand side.
Have you tried printing the page using the "Printer friendly page" option?
Go to the recipe of your choice, at the top or bottom of the page there will be a link "Printer friendly page" and click the link to view a page that is designed to be printed.

I cannot see some of the interactive content.
You need to have the Macromedia Flash Shockwave™ Plugin; it can be downloaded from http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/ at no charge.

I cannot view any of the videos.
The videos in this program are supplied in Windows Media Video (WMV) format. Windows Media Player 7.1 can be downloaded from http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/default.asp at no charge.

I cannot view PDF documents.
The PDFs (Portable Document Files) are viewed using "Adobe Acrobat". It can be downloaded from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html at no charge.

Nothing happens when I click the 'Go' button to log in.
It is possible that you are using a browser that cannot utilize JavaScript, in which case we suggest updating your browser. Or the settings on your browser have disabled JavaScript. Enable this facility and try again.- 'View > Internet Options > Advanced'.

The pages look all misplaced and/or have no color and/or the text is oddly arranged.
This site uses Cascading Style Sheet 2 (CSS/2) for layout and presentation. This is best viewed using a 'modern' browser that supports CSS/2, such as, Internet Explorer 6, Mozilla-derivatives including Netscape 7 and Firefox and Opera.

When I try to log in, the site says "User Not Logged In".
Most likely you don't have cookies enabled, which is a pre-requisite to log into this site.
To enable cookies in Internet Explorer 6, choose 'Tools > Internet Options > Privacy' and move the slider to 'Medium High' or lower.
In Mozilla Firefox 1, choose 'Tools > Options > Privacy', click on the '+' left of 'Cookies' (unless the 'Cookies' field is already expanded) and check the check box left of 'Allow sites to set cookies'.
